Our Online Triage service is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to respond to requests within 24 hours. If your medical request is submitted before 4pm, we usually respond on the same day, later requests may only receive a response the following day. Requests submitted on a Friday may be responded to on the following Monday. Response times to admin queries will vary depending on complexity and demand. Responses may be sent via email, text, or phone. Please do not call the Practice to follow up on your request, as this places pressure on our admin team. For minor illnesses, your local pharmacy may be able to assist without a GP appointment.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
